1. What is provided

Techluna currently offers a browser-based flashcard maker, a quiz based on your flashcards and a focus timer. The free Starter tier allows up to 10 flashcards per deck and 10 quiz questions per round, alongside the focus timer. Our pricing page also describes proposed paid access for unlimited card and question counts; this static package does not process payments, provision accounts or activate paid access. We do not claim that this version converts arbitrary PDF documents into courses or uses AI to generate learning content.

2. Pricing and proposed unlimited plans

The listed proposed fixed-period prices are for 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months. The equivalent monthly figures are comparisons only and are not separate monthly charges. “Unlimited” means no fixed per-deck card count or per-quiz question count under an activated paid entitlement, subject to fair and lawful use and reasonable device or service constraints. None of these plans can be purchased or activated through the current static website. A secure checkout, verified user access, full pre-contract details, tax treatment, consumer cancellation and refund information will be required before sales begin. Nothing here removes statutory consumer rights.

3. Educational use

Our tools are designed to support personal study and practice. They are not a substitute for professional education, medical, legal or financial advice, qualified instruction or official examination guidance. You remain responsible for checking the accuracy of your own notes and definitions.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the website to break the law, infringe other people's rights, attempt to disrupt the service, or interfere with its security. Do not submit content that you are not permitted to use.

5. Your content

You remain responsible for and retain your own rights in terms, definitions and other content you enter. The current Study Studio processes flashcard data within your own browser and does not automatically save it to the operator's systems. You should keep a separate copy of any notes you want to retain.

6. Availability and changes

We may change, remove or update features to improve the site or address technical and security issues. We aim to make the tools useful but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may not work the same in every browser or device.

7. Intellectual property

The Techluna name, original site design, graphics and code are protected to the extent permitted by applicable law. You may use the site and its available tools for their intended purpose. You may not misrepresent your association with Techluna or resell the website's design or code without permission, except as allowed by law or an applicable separate licence.

Some pages link to third-party resources for further reading. Their content, policies and availability are controlled by those third parties.

9. Liability and statutory rights

The tools are provided on an 'as available' basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not accept liability for losses caused by reliance on inaccurate study content or service interruption. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits your statutory rights.

10. Privacy

Our privacy policy explains personal-data handling, and our cookie policy describes device storage.

11. Governing law

These draft terms are intended for a UK-based site and are subject to the applicable laws and mandatory consumer protections of the relevant UK jurisdiction.
